As you may have noticed in our newsletter, Catalyst has a new look. We decided earlier this year after our strategy session that we needed to modernise our look and given our passion for mountains to bring forward a bolder mountain theme. Some of the images we’ve used are from our trek to Everest Base Camp.

We also wanted to differentiate between our Consulting Solutions and our Learning Solutions offerings, so a new overarching corporate image has been developed with a new colour scheme, icons, fonts etc. which we will introducing over time into all our templates and marketing material going forward.

Also in terms of the strategic direction that Catalyst has taken, we decided that our website was no longer capable of meeting our needs in terms of delivering up to date content on both our Consulting Solutions and Learning Solutions to our clients and therefore we have designed a whole new website with the assistance of Code Like Clockwork in Cape Town. The new website brings us right up to date in terms of functionality as well as providing us with a platform to engage with our clients through blog and forum functions. We also plan to publish webcasts and we have created links from some of our presentation packs to SlideShare as another way of sharing content.

Our intention is to make more tools and articles available for download from the website as we move forward.

The rebranding and new website is being supported by a new Facebook page as well as us becoming more active on LinkedIn and Twitter (Debbie is undergoing a major learning curve in terms of getting tweets out there). Our LinkedIn page is in the process of being overhauled due to changes made by LinkedIn so look out for updated content coming there soon.

Our biggest challenge is keeping content fresh and up to date so if there’s anything you’d like to know more about within our sphere of expertise and you don’t see an article or content on our website let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
