  • We have a number of experiences executive coaches for all levels of leadership

  • Executive coaching typically follows a process as follows:
    • Matching and Contracting
    • Assessment and Feedback
    • Personal Development Planning
    • Coaching sessions on topics identified in PDP
    • Coaching progress and impact evaluation

  • For best results we recommend a minimum of 6 coaching sessions of 1.5-2 hours each, held monthly and progress and further development needs to be reviewed after 6 months
