Catalyst continues to play a pivotal role in the “Grow Talent” journey at our banking industry client through: developing a strategic approach to people management, developing leadership and technical performance and competency standards, aligning role profiles to strategy and standards at each level, doing skills assessments and building a talent and performance culture. This is setting the foundation for strategic talent management whereby talent pipelines can be identified, sourced, developed and retained to fill the future succession needs of the business. Critical to the journey is managing change, communicating and capacity building. Regular engagement sessions with the relevant leaders and staff ensure alignment, understanding and buy-in to the process.
